follow the instructions below
1. First login to your facebook account.
2. Then click "Account Settings", see picture below if confused.

3. Then select the "Notifications" and wait until the loading process to completion.

4. After a new page, remove all the columns cecklist email, see the picture below if confused.

5. The last step is to click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
