To Install "Yahoo Meta TAG" on your blog, Follow step by step bellow
1. Login to Yahoo! Site Explorer With your yahoo acount
2. After login, Select Submit a website or webpage then type your blog url on the box and click submit
3. Your Blog Is Submited, check with click explore
INSTALL META TAG YAHOO!
1. Click on the "my site" on left tab, and click your blog url
2. On the left sidebar, click autentification, and select By Adding Meta Tag to my Home Page.
3. Login bloggers - Layout - Edit HTML. Put the code you'd get under
7. Save your template.
If you fail to be saved, just add a slash at the end of the meta tags.

Notice the red at the end of the meta.
8. Switch to Yahoo Site Explorer authetication page again and click the button Ready to Autheticate.
