To add to the blog author access rights follow the steps below
1. Login to dashboard
2. Click setting and then click permission tab
3. Click add author, in the blank box type your email you will give second author. click invit
Accept invitation
1. Login to your new email that you have been enter above
2. Check inbox and click confirmation link
3. click accept invitation
Give me admin rights
1. Login to blogger with major accounts (first acount), setting tab and permission
2. Click "grant admin privilliager"
3. click the 'Give Equal Rights administrators'
your other email is now able to do blogging, hopefully useful
